DTP provides professional automotive services including, but not limited to:

  • Performance tuning

  • ECU/TCU flashing

  • Diagnostics

  • Dyno testing (if/when available)

  • Custom vehicle solutions

  • Merchandise sales

Some services may require specific information about your vehicle, modifications, or setup before work can be performed.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old—or have consent from a legal guardian—to use this site or schedule services. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Appointments & Service Bookings

Certain services may require booking an appointment. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when scheduling. Missed appointments, late arrivals, or incomplete information may result in delays or cancellation.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are due at the time of purchase or service unless otherwise agreed. Prices may change at any time.

All tuning, flashing, and digital/vehicle-specific services are non-refundable.
Due to the custom nature of these services, once work begins, refunds cannot be issued.

Merchandise may be eligible for return or exchange depending on condition and product type. Consumables and electrical components may be non-returnable.

6. Vehicle Condition & Customer Responsibility

To ensure safe and accurate tuning, diagnostics, or other services:

  • You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is in good mechanical condition before tuning.

  • DTP is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing mechanical issues, improper modifications, poor maintenance, or hidden defects.

  • You must disclose all modifications prior to tuning.

  • DTP reserves the right to refuse service to unsafe or improperly modified vehicles.

7. Performance Disclaimer

Performance gains vary depending on vehicle condition, supporting modifications, fuel quality, and environmental factors.
No specific horsepower, torque, or performance results are guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, branding, images, and written material—is owned by Diamond Tuning Performance. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to disrupt or exploit the site

  • Upload harmful or malicious content

  • Misrepresent your identity or vehicle information

10. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Limitation of Liability

DTP is not responsible for:

Performance modifications may increase stress on engine and drivetrain components.
You assume full responsibility for the risks associated with modifying your vehicle.

12. Termination of Service

DTP may refuse, suspend, or terminate service at any time if a customer violates these Terms or engages in unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Malone, Wisconsin unless otherwise required by law.

15. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact DTP directly first. If an agreement cannot be reached, both parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
